Your first visit will traditionally begin with an oral exam and consultation with Dr. Jackson. She will discuss your dental and medical history and if you have any concerns about treatment, she can thoughtfully and thoroughly share your treatment options. Your first visit should take about one hour.
If you need a teeth cleaning that can often be taken care of on your first visit or we can schedule another appointment at your convenience. Every situation is unique and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. If a patient is under 18 years old, we need them to be joined by an adult guardian.
For a smooth first visit, we ask that patients bring the following information/forms:
- Your New Patient Registration Form
- Any recent dental x-rays
